With over 12,000 employees and global supply chain services in more than 200 countries
This global freight forwarder is now looking for an Air Freight Export Clerk to be based out of their office in Wakefield.

Responsible for the following daily duties

Booking air/road freight shipments and all associated paperwork, system input and adhering to company and industry regulations including Dangerous Goods necessary training provided
Daily review and update of supplementary air export work including post flights, dealing with airlines, emails and liaising with other offices in both the UK and over seas
Calculating and issuing quotes
Invoicing
Dealing with queries, disputes and general customer enquiries
Customs entries to HMRC
Customer service internal/external telephone and email
Liaising with Transport Dept and drivers
Working within Company KPIs requirements

Skills Required

Exports gained from a freight forwarder or related industry
Able to work independently and within a small team
High level of accuracy and time management skills
Able to multitask
Capable of working within a fast paced office
Can work within set timeframes to achieve results required
Good communication skills written and verbal
Highly organised
