£20,000 - £23,000

Responsibilities of the Pricing Desk Coordinator:

This is a part time role (3 days per week/22.5 hours per week) at the clients Solihull (Birmingham) office supporting their key account team with an on-time, efficient and accurate quoting (multimodal) service and telesales.

- Education to a minimum GCSE standard including maths and English.
- A minimum of 2-3 years freight forwarding experience, either in sales or operations.
- Strong knowledge of pricing/quotations processes for multimodal imports and exports.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong, customer-focused communication skills and experience.
- Highly competent IT skills.
- Not afraid of cold calling nor working under extreme pressure and tight timelines.
- Enthusiasm, a commitment to learning and personal growth and a desire to be challenged !
