Sales Support Manager x3 - Cross Border Mail

Our client who a large Global Logistics company are looking for 3 Sales Support Managers to join their Cross Border Mail Specialist team based at London Heathrow. The client is looking for someone who is experienced in supporting sales teams, priciing , proposals, solution design and preferably has mail distributionexperience.

The salary is up to 35K plus 8k bonus.

Area
Their mission is to position the company as the No2 cross border mail provider in the UK.
They are a team of 4 Business Development Managers, 3 National Key Account Managers, 2 Customer Solutions Managers and a team of Sales support professionals.

The Sales Support Managers report into the Head of Sales Support and are the backbone of their Sales Team.

Role

You will deliver excellent indoor support to their customers and Sales Team. You will provide cross functional support with Sales development including lead generation, pricing, operations, on-boarding and finance. You will work with National Key Account Managers and BDMs, local operations, customer solutions, product, Sales Europe and customer to acquire new customers and to retain and develop business from existing customers.

Sales proposition will be cross border mail with a focus on ecommerce tracked and untracked packet format and direct entry mail to Germany. As senior person you will personally manage ome customers and will work very closely with specified National Key Account Manager/s and BDMs to achieve the annual revenue target.

Responsibilities
Provide frontline customer support, handling enquiries, complaints, sales leads, dm layout approvals, escalating to account management level/Sales Support Manager as appropriate
Provide specialist support on tracked packet products
Identify business opportunities and work with NKAM to progress sales and onboard solutions.
Analyze competitor pricing and support NKAM with producing competitive sales proposals.
Be responsible for coordinating annual price reviews, working with the NKAM after final negotiation.
Attend client review meetings with or without Account Managers as appropriate to the customers SLA and requirements
Work closely with the Customer solutions team to develop bespoke solutions
Lead the project management team when managing complex on boarding of new customers
Work closely with local mail terminal operational team to ensure high quality of customer services.
Provide the conduit between local Mail Terminal operations and the Customer.
Provide a high level of expertise on all core products and direct entry German products and support the NKAM with reference material.
Use Salesforce to extract data and compile management reports on customer satisfaction, customer contacts, opportunities, pipeline and success rate using PPT, excel and other systems
Provide credit control support chasing payments
Maintaining accurate customer records within the all CRM systems
Maintain existing Operations and Reporting systems with customer information
Maintain contracts and customer filling

Requirements
Required education: Minimum of GCSE experience
Required professional experience: 5 years experience
