Tender Support Executive

Our client is a specialist team of freight forwarders who specialise in complex logistical requirements on large-scale projects for their longstanding client portfolio. Their core business is final mile logistics in dangerous and difficult to reach destinations and complex and volatile regions. Offering a multi-modal freight forwarding service worldwide.

They have developed over the years, a reliable network and knowledge among national authorities and service providers, global transport suppliers, and cargo airlines.
Now looking for a Tender Support Exec, based at their modern, state of the art offices in Central London. Working in a team your role will involve collating and responding to the many Bid and Tender proposals that are directed at the company. Supporting the business unit team in the administration and delivery of quality and timely tender responses.

You will initially help produce the bid response which can be complex and time consuming and will involve collating information from a variety of sources including Commercial and Operational teams, internal offices, overseas partners and external agencies. The role involves maintaining up to date response material as well as providing relevant and appropriate information to support bids. Between bids the role will be TSE will help in researching and producing market analysis to ensure competitor and industry awareness is upto date.

To apply for the role all applicants need to have experience of handling Bid/Tender proposals working within an International/Global logistics related environment. You will have extensive experience working within Tender Processing, Bid Management. Previous experience within a Logistics / supply chain environment viewed positively.

Technical Skills:
High level of computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft packages
