Sales Executive - International Courier

Job description

Industry: Courier, Freight & Logistics Services

We are a small, friendly but rapidly growing company based in Shepperton, Surrey.
Our remit is to help all types of businesses in our area that send out parcels and/or pallets, in the UK and Internationally.
Due to our consistent high growth we are now looking for an enthusiastic, determined customer service individual who would enjoy being an integral part of a small team with varying responsibilities.

Full time working hours, 10.00am to 17.00pm, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Immediate start.

Responsibilities:
Account managing & support to existing/new customers with general admin duties.
Quoting customers.
Taking bookings.
Arranging collections/deliveries.
Problem solving.

Required education, skills & qualifications:
At least 3 years of previous customer service/account managing office experience.
Perfect spoken English is essential.
PC literate.
You MUST have a competent level of use of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook. (Training will be given on our CRM system).
Must have a good telephone manner with a warm, sincere & likeable personality.
Steady work history.
Outstanding verbal & written communication skills.

Also interested in speaking to candidates with a logistics and shipping/freight background.

Expected start date: ASAP
