Logistics Coordinator

Our client is a leading entertainment Supplier and Innovator of Global Entertainment to a wide spectrum of leisure environments
We are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to work at their location in Richmond. Your role will involve...

Handling the international logistic requirements, planning and handling all the paperwork for the various departments in the company:
a.Inbound freight & goods.
b.Outbound freight & goods
c.Direct shipments of freight & goods

Although handling multi modal freight you will in the main handle a sea freight service. You will obtain competitive shipping quotes for the various departments when necessary and prepare monthly shipping costs reports from key locations to the UK
Signing off invoices for shipping and also aiding Finance Dept with departmental coding.
Establish landed costs of goods and update the files on the internal systems
Uplifts Internal term to add the costs of freight and duty.
Weekly status reports on all major container shipments
Perform such other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the Company to meet its on-going requirements.
Aid the Administration Team with their workload where required.


In order to apply for this role, you will have a logistics/freight/ shipping background and you will be familiar with the following paperwork: AWB/COO/DOC and BL

Benefits

Salary £25,000 to £35,000
Hrs 9am -5.30pm this can be flexible
