Indoor Sales Executive

Our client is one of Europe's leading distribution companies with business interests in three main areas; MAIL, PARCELS and LOGISTICS and Financial Services. They are an Express parcels carrier with a reputation for innovation in delivery processes dealing with the delivery of small to medium sized parcels and documents. Our client has a network of over 100 locations within the UK and employs over 600 employees.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a INDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE based out of our clients CROYDON branch.

Working alongside an Account Manager, you will be responsible for a particular allocated postcode area by sourcing & qualifying leads, generating new business, maintaining and developing existing accounts, actively seeking out all business opportunities and closing for business over the telephone.

The basic KPI's for a Telemarketing Executive are a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily and a minimum of 10 prospect appointments per week.

The ideal candidate will be self motivated, have the ability to work under pressure, able to use own initiative with a pro active approach for day to day tasks. You will be of strong character & personality, computer literate, in particular word and excel. Most importantly have the focus on moving the business forward at all times. B2B cold calling experience is a must.

Lastly you will have a flexible approach to work.

£20K - £24K basic salary
OTE plus £3k
20 days holiday
